Each product is handmade, so the number of available pieces is limited. Orders are processed after payment is received in the specified bank account. You will receive the transfer details in the purchase confirmation email. You can also write directly to: basiabuga.rucinska@gmail.com – I am always happy to help.
I send packages via In Post Parcel Lockers within 3 business days from the moment the payment is recorded. If you need faster processing – just write, I will try to help. Each product is carefully packaged and secured against damage.
Each piece of Fused Glow is created through the fusing process – glass is joined at high temperatures, which means that each piece is unique.. Slight differences in shade or texture are natural and part of its character.
If the product you received was damaged during transport or differs from your order – please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will do my utmost to resolve the issue with full respect and calm. In case of a return, please contact me by email in advance – we will determine the most convenient way to send back the package.
