Sales are conducted within the framework of non-registered business activity.
Client – a person placing an order.
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
Product – handmade items (glass jewellery/fusing, etc.) offered in the store.
Custom / personalised product – a product made according to the Client’s specifications or adjusted to their individual needs.
Information displayed on the website constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract, not a binding offer.To place an order, the Client must provide contact and delivery details and select a delivery and payment method.The Seller communicates with the Client via e-mail regarding order matters.
Products are handmade. Minor differences in colour, structure, or details are possible and are a natural feature of handmade items, not defects.Product photos are illustrative — variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
Orders may be placed through the online store 24/7.The sales contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the order (via e-mail).
The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order if:
• it is technically impossible to create the product according to the Client’s specifications,
• key order details cannot be confirmed,
• payment is rejected or not received within a reasonable timeframe.
Prices are given in PLN and include all applicable taxes (gross prices).Upon the Client’s request, the Seller may issue a receipt. The receipt does not contain a VAT ID (NIP) or REGON number because the Seller operates under non-registered business activity.
Accepted payment methods:
• online payment via Autopay (BLIK / bank transfer / deferred payments),
• traditional bank transfer to the account provided in the confirmation e-mail.
Order processing begins once the payment is received or verified by the payment operator.
Products may be:
• ready-made (dispatched after payment),
• custom-made (processing time determined individually via e-mail correspondence).
The Seller will inform the Client of the estimated processing time if it depends on the nature of the order (e.g., personalisation).
Delivery is available within Poland, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.Outside the EU — only upon individual agreement.
Available delivery methods: InPost and Poczta Polska (depending on the Client’s choice in the store).
Delivery costs are shown during checkout (or set individually for non-standard shipments).
The Client should check the parcel upon receipt. In case of visible damage, it is recommended to prepare a damage report with the carrier — this facilitates transport-related complaints.
10.1. Standard (non-personalised) products
A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, simply send an e-mail to: basiabuga-rucinska@gmail.com(you may use the template provided at the end of these Terms).
The product must be returned to:Barbara Buga-Rucińska, Przedewsie 5, 05-306 Jakubów, Poland
within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.
Refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, but the Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received.
The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.
10.2. Custom / personalised products – no right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
The Seller is liable to the Consumer for non-conformity of the product with the contract, in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to: basiabuga-rucinska@gmail.com, including a description of the issue and photos.
The Seller will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
Please include:
• order number,
• contact details,
• description of the issue,
• preferred resolution (repair/replacement/price reduction/refund — depending on the situation).
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.
The Seller aims to resolve all disputes amicably. Please contact us via e-mail first.
A Consumer may also seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Polish Competition and Consumer Protection Office (UOKiK).
The EU ODR platform was discontinued (closed in 2025), therefore the store does not accept submissions via ODR.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond their control (e.g., carrier issues, outages, random events).
The Seller’s liability towards Clients who are not Consumers (if such sales occur) may be limited to the value of the order — unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
The Terms may be amended for important reasons (changes in law, payment/delivery methods, store organisation).Orders placed before amendments are governed by the Terms valid at the time of the order.
