Declaration of Conformity with the GPSR

I, the undersigned, Barbara Buga-Rucińska,operating under the name Fused Glow Basia Rucińska,hereby declare that all artistic jewellery products offered for sale by my studio comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 on general product safety (GPSR), applicable from 13 December 2024.

I certify that:

• The products are made from materials safe for the user, such as artistic glass and surgical stainless steel.• The products do not contain harmful levels of substances such as nickel, lead, or cadmium.• The products are not intended for children under 3 years of age.• Each product is labelled with the name of the manufacturer, information on the materials used, and an identification code.• Consumers are provided with all information necessary for the safe use of the products.
