hereby declare that all artistic jewelry products offered for sale by my workshop comply with the requirements of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of May 10, 2023, on general product safety (GPSR), which will be in effect from December 13, 2024.

I declare that:

• The products are made from user-safe materials, such as artistic glass and surgical steel.

• The products do not contain harmful amounts of substances such as nickel, lead, or cadmium.

• The products are not intended for children under 3 years of age.

• Each product is labeled with the manufacturer's name, information about the material used, and an identification code.

• Consumers are provided with information necessary for the safe use of the products.
