GDPR Information Clause – Fused Glow

In accordance with Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data (GDPR), I inform you that:

1. The data controller is Barbara Buga-Rucińska, operating under the name Fused Glow,

with its registered office at Przedewsie 5, 05-306 Jakubów,

2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, issuing sales documents, and shipping the goods.

3. The legal basis for data processing is:

• Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (fulfillment of the order),

• Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR – a legal obligation incumbent on the controller (e.g., storage of accounting documents).

4. Data is not shared with other entities, except for courier companies and payment operators – only to the extent necessary to fulfill the order.

5. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the order and in accordance with tax law regulations.

6. The individual whose data is processed has the right to access the data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to do so will prevent the fulfillment of the order.
